It all started with Aaronn Hansen and a food truck called The Smokin’ Burrito. That passion for feeding people grew into catering hundreds of weddings, private celebrations, and events of every size across the Central Valley.
When COVID paused the catering scene, the cooking never stopped. Aaronn started The Gringos BBQ on social media, sharing new recipes, meeting incredible people, and finding fresh inspiration around the fire.
That led to competition BBQ with friends, building a championship-winning team on the local Valley circuit. Now Aaronn and his kids are bringing all those experiences, flavors, and creations together as Hansen’s Family BBQ & Catering.
This is our new adventure as a family, and we cannot wait to feed yours.

Build Your Catering Quote →Build a BBQ package that feeds 5, 10, 15, or 25. Pick your meats, sides, and extras, then choose an eligible Friday, Saturday, or Sunday delivery date. Order at least 14 days ahead.
Build Your Weekend Package →One kitchen, one shared food menu. Event catering is customized for celebrations of 50 or more guests. Weekend delivery has its own packages for 5, 10, 15, or 25, with separate ordering.
